For some, home is not just a place of living, but the whole world. The only world they have left.
Grandad Leo did not leave his house for the past 2 years since he had lost both his legs to diabetes.
Unfortunately, in Ukraine people with disabilities can not move freely as they can in Europe or other developed countries due to the lack of required facilities. This is why these people have no other choice but to stay indoors.
For grandad Leo home became his only world that he has filled with love and warmth. He has also shared his world and shelter many animals that he’d saved from imminent death. 6 cats and 5 dogs live with Leo and while sharing their love and devotion help him keep the only thing they all have left - their only home.
